Conducting on-site environmental surveys, local inspections, and drone aerial photography; 4. Supervising site construction progress and confirming engineering quality; 5. After completion, provide acceptance services.

General Manager Fred Chen stated that many industry players also engage Kiwa ExTEL for Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) services when procuring modules. These services include factory audits, production supervision, and witnessing shipments, helping owners ensure module quality. Additionally, Kiwa ExTEL collaborates with group subsidiaries such as PI Berlin and PVEL laboratories to provide module testing services, ensuring a 20-year lifespan and optimal performance for modules.
