The training ATEX5 W-Inspection and maintenance has been developed for mechanical engineers in organizations with an increased explosion risk. During this one-day training, participants learn to manage and execute maintenance and inspections on the basis of ATEX 114 and according to European standards.

During the training ATEX5 W-Inspection and maintenance, theory and practice alternate. We work with short case studies, in which participants learn how they can carry out risk assessments in the right way and how they can subsequently implement the resulting measures. The practical cases and assignments that are used during the training are tailored to the professional practice of the participants.
The training ATEX4 W-Inspection and maintenance of ATEXcertificaat.nl is intended for mechanical engineers who are responsible for controlling or carrying out inspection and maintenance work on mechanical Ex-equipment. Before participating in this training, participants must have successfully completed the ATEX Awareness e-learning (more information and registration).
After attending the training ATEX5 W-Inspection and maintenance, participants can carry out maintenance and inspections of mechanical ex-equipment on the basis of the European ATEX 114 directive and according to the European standards ISO 80079-36 and ISO 80079-37. The training ATEX5 W-Inspection and maintenance training is concluded with a final test. Participants who complete this successfully will receive a certificate that is valid for three years.
