Your own Kiwa quality mark
The assessment guideline BRL 5612 is a certification scheme for Plastics piping systems of PP intended for underfloor heating . Or for installation of certified plastics piping systems in floors and walls. The products according BRL 5612 are applicable for piping systems in underfloor heating systems at a design (working) over-pressure of 4 or 6 bar according the temperature profile class 4 in table 1. You will not receive the certificate just like that. We place high demands on the entry control of the raw materials, controls during the production process and on the end product. When requesting a quote, you indicate for which products and which technical area you want to be certified. For this assessment guideline it is: F2 piping systems.

Procedure obtaining KOMO product certificate
If you have agreed to our quotation, we will conduct an admission investigation. We are investigating whether you can obtain the KOMO product certificate in accordance with the requirements we have determined. We do this by means of a company audit and prescribed laboratory tests. The outcome of this determines whether you meet the requirements of BRL5612. If the result is positive, you will receive a KOMO certificate. The quality system - as laid down in the IKB - is then regularly checked by us. In this way your product continues to meet the set requirements. Your customers can be confident that your product offers them what they consider important; quality.
