Alarm Components Schemes Certification
Kiwa FSS Products is able to provide three types of certification under the Alarm Components Schemes.

  • System 1a – Type-Examination Certificate
  • System 2 – Certificate of Conformity
  • System 5 – Certificate of Continued Compliances

About System 1a - Type- Examination Certificate
For System 1a, there is no regular inspection, because this is only a one-time certification ("snapshot") without any follow-up This certificate has no validity date because the statement on the certificate that Kiwa FSS Products Certification that the product examined is in conformity with the mentioned standards stays true forever. In ISO Guide 67 this certification system is classified as a System 1a.

This option provides you with a Type-Examination Certificate. Norway, Denmark and Finland are examples of countries where registration can be realised with a System 1a certificate under this Alarm Components Scheme.
