Talent Development Programme
Within Kiwa we offer young professionals the possibility to join our Talent Development Programme. This international programme supports young people who were recently employed by Kiwa to develop their skills. Eligible ‘Young professionals’ at Kiwa are considered those with university degrees and with 3 to 5 years’ experience.
Our Talent Development Programme has participants from all over the world and aligns with Kiwa’s strategy and ambition. Participants are Kiwa employees (the programme is vacancy-driven) with an ambitious assignment that helps increase the performance of our company in the field of sales (markets), technical skills or management (processes). Participants are given the opportunity to work on their professionalism. In this manner everyone benefits: the participant has a challenging job in a stimulating environment and Kiwa benefits from the results.
Five modules
Aside from the assignment and learning on the job, the programme consists of five modules that participants must follow within two years’ time. These modules are: Professional efficiency, Influencing and Presentation Skills, Working in Projects and in Teams, Entrepreneurship & Business Orientation and Driving for Results. All participants will have their own personal development plan.
Kiwa has developed this programme in collaboration with the Kenhardt agency.
