Kiwa Italia Laboratories, among Italy's leaders in the fields of Calibration and Metrology (LAT No. 052) and Mechanical and Metallurgical Testing (LAB No. 0001) have obtained the extension of accreditation for the metrological area of Temperature magnitude, able today to perform calibrations of Thermocouples, Resistance Thermometers, Expansion Thermometers and Thermometric Chains also at the customer's premises.

The accredited tests add value to the portfolio already characterized by advanced metrological assistance services, calibration of measuring instruments and characterization of components that for more than 25 years have guaranteed companies the traceability of measurements, a fundamental element for the optimization of production processes.
The extension of accreditation obtained by Kiwa for the new "Temperature Laboratory" attests to the level of quality of its test work, proven by independent verification of compliance of the management system and competencies with internationally recognized regulatory requirements.
