It is difficult to perform an internal audit correctly. A thorough theoretical foundation geared towards the practical situation is essential. This foundation is laid during this (Internal) Auditor (ISO 9001) Training.

The Internal Audit ISO 9001 Training / Auditor Training is intended for people who:

  • Perform internal audits;
  • Are involved in setting up audit procedures and/or organising them.

Intake level

At least MBO level (intermediate vocational education), some knowledge of quality management (systems) is preferred. 

Goal

After taking this Internal Audit ISO 9001 training, you can prepare, perform, report and follow up on audits yourself.

Course duration & Programme

The Internal Audit ISO 9001 training takes two days. The following topics will be discussed:

  • ISO 9001 standard series, basic principles, terminology, quality management principles, process approach;
  • What is an internal audit?;
  • Observation exercises;
  • Preparing an audit;
  • Interview techniques;
  • Practice audits;
  • Evaluating and reporting on the audit.

Certificate of participation

After doing the (Internal) Auditor training, the participant will receive a certificate of participation.
