You'll learn about types of food allergens and their need to be managed responsibily. The course also covers things like labelling legislation, the risk assessment process and how to avoid cross contamination.
The training will help reinforce the robustness of your on-site controls, through greater understanding and awareness.
The course is suitable for all operatives and/or managers.
Our awareness course delivers a concise and site specific understanding of how operatives contribute to protecting consumers and brand.
Assessment is by means of a multiple-choice test.
This one-day course is delivered remotely via Zoom at a cost of £170 per delegate.
