What you need to know
The health and safety coordination mission is legally defined by the French Labour Code and two Grand Ducal regulations of June 27, 2008 and June 9, 2006.
This mission is mandatory for all construction sites involving at least two companies, either simultaneously or successively, including subcontractors.
The Grand Ducal regulation of June 27, 2008 stipulates that the project owner must designate the Safety Coordinator as early as the project study phase, who must be approved.
