What you need to know
Legislation governing temporary and mobile worksites concerns the execution of work on an existing building, a preliminary building project, a construction site, roadworks, etc.
- Design phase
The Royal Decree stipulates that a safety coordinator must be appointed to accompany the design process from the outset, in order to prevent accidents in the workplace. Our coordinator will draw up a safety plan for you. This is a document that evolves over time, as the design process progresses, and concerns the safety of people working on the project, as well as third parties. - Execution phase
During the project execution phase, the safety coordinator generally remains the same person. This person monitors all activities and coordinates all safety aspects for simultaneous or consecutive activities. Each contractor, for example, has its own prevention/safety advisors. These work under the authority of the safety coordinator, who has an overall view of the various activities. The safety coordinator has a completely neutral mandate and is only contractually bound to the client.
Vinçotte's coordinators are specially trained and are all A-level experts. They provide you with safety and technical advice and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
When you work with Vinçotte, you benefit from a wide range of skills within a single company. If further monitoring, inspection or assistance is required, you can quickly call on our experts in other disciplines.
