This service is intended for all those involved in a construction project, e.g. property developers and owners (sometimes at the request of insurance companies), etc. This service is mainly required for larger buildings.
What you need to know
Our service is divided into three phases:
- In the first phase, our experts check the tender documents for your fire-fighting installations, including plans and specifications (gas extinguishing systems, sprinkler systems, smoke and water evacuation systems, hose reels and hydrants, etc.). They check that they have been installed in compliance with legislation and standards. This is an additional quality control that may sometimes be required by the insurance company. During this phase, we can advise you on the start of work, the various standards in force, etc.
- The second phase takes place during construction. Our experts examine the construction file and the various plans. We regularly visit the construction site and monitor all processes to check that the work is being carried out in accordance with the controlled documents. During each site visit, we give you advice so that you can make the necessary adjustments every time.
- In the final phase, we carry out a series of tests to check that the installations are working properly.
