Kiwa and SATAS start collaboration in the field of organic food certification

Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH and SATAS (South African Technical Auditing Service) have entered into a cooperation to support manufacturers of organic food, feed and agricultural products from South and East Africa in exporting to the European Union, the USA, Japan and many other regions!

Kiwa BCS has relied on international connections since 1990 and is present in more than 20 countries through its own offices. Since 1997, Kiwa BCS has been offering organic and sustainability certifications in South and East Africa and has a large and loyal customer base.

Kiwa has already been working with SATAS since 2019 to help local importers and international manufacturers of building products exporting from Europe to South Africa to obtain the required certifications and approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible. In December 2021, Kiwa will intensify its cooperation with SATAS in the area of inspection of organic farms and processing plants. Through this cooperation, local customers will be able to benefit even more from the Kiwa Group's broad portfolio. Manufacturers will now have a contact person for administrative matters directly on site, which will strengthen and further expand the customer relationship.
